General Policy — No Refunds Once Ritual Has Commenced

⚠ All sales are final once a ritual has been commenced. Spiritual services — including spell casting, voodoo rituals, and related workings — are performed using sacred materials, time, and ancestral energy. Once this process has begun, it cannot be reversed or undone, and no refund will be issued.

This policy exists because, unlike physical goods, spiritual services involve irreversible personal effort, materials, and metaphysical energy that cannot be recovered after a ritual has been started.

Pre-Ritual Cancellation Window

If you have made a payment and wish to cancel before your ritual has commenced, you must contact Mystical Hattley within 12 hours of payment via WhatsApp at +1 (806) 577-5901.

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at Mystical Hattley's discretion, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred. Once we confirm the ritual has not yet started and review your case, we will communicate the outcome directly to you.

Why We Cannot Guarantee Specific Outcomes

Spiritual practices operate on metaphysical principles that involve the free will of all individuals concerned, cosmic and lunar energies, karmic factors, and many variables outside the control of any practitioner. While Mystical Hattley performs every ritual with the highest dedication and spiritual authority, results are inherently subjective and may manifest differently or over varying timescales.

      Purchasing a spell service means purchasing the spiritual work itself — not a guaranteed material outcome. This is the universal standard across all authentic spiritual service providers worldwide.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us in good faith may result in permanent termination of services and legal action where applicable.
