Getting Started

New to Ritualyn?

• Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app from the App Store.
• Sign in with your preferred method (Google, Apple, or phone login).
• Explore categories like Witchcraft, Moon Magic, Pagan paths, Voodoo, Hoodoo, and more from the home screen.

Subscriptions

Premium & Billing

Ritualyn Premium is managed entirely through your Apple ID / App Store account.

• To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Changes to billing and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

App Issues

If you see crashes, slow performance, or content not loading:

• Check that you have a stable internet connection.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to purchase Premium.
• If the issue continues, contact us with a brief description and screenshots if possible.

Subscription & Purchase Help

All payments and subscriptions for Ritualyn on iOS are processed securely by Apple. We do not store your full payment card details.

To manage your subscription:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Ritualyn to view, change, or cancel your plan.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need a refund, please submit a request via Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com .

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I purchased Premium but the app still shows me as free. What should I do?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Then open Ritualyn, go to the Premium screen, and tap “Restore Purchases”. If Premium still doesn’t unlock, contact support with your Apple receipt email or transaction ID.
2. How do I cancel Ritualyn Premium?
You can cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ritualyn → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription automatically.
3. The app is crashing or freezing.
First, check for updates in the App Store and install the latest version. If the issue continues, restart your device and try again. If it still happens, please email us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when the app crashed.
4. Are rituals and spells guaranteed to work?
No. Ritualyn provides spiritual, educational, and entertainment content. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from rituals, spells, or practices. Always use your own judgment and follow all safety guidelines.
5. How can I request my data to be deleted?
You can request account deletion or data-related actions by contacting us at support@ritualyn.org. We will review and process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
